Ordering custom-printed porcelain does not have to be complicated. You choose the product and send us your logo, while we take care of the rest: we prepare a visualisation, produce the series and deliver the finished products to your venue. Choose Your Products
Choose the porcelain item you would like to print: a mug, cup, plate, jug or another product. If you are unsure what will work best in your venue, we will advise you based on the type of business (restaurant, hotel or café). Together, we will select a collection and shape that are consistent with your brand. Simply write:
“classic custom logo coffee mugs”, “elegant hotel cups”, etc.
Send Your Logo or Artwork and We Will Prepare a Visualisation
Send us your logo as a vector file (for example .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg) together with brief instructions: where it should be placed and whether to add a slogan or website address. We will use this information to prepare a clear porcelain visualisation tailored to the selected product. You do not need graphic-design experience – the important thing is to provide a high-quality logo; we will take care of the rest.
Approve the Visualisation Online
You will receive a visualisation of the printed product so you can see how the finished mug, cup or plate will look. You can review the logo layout, wording and proportions, then send your comments in a single email. After any requested corrections have been made, we ask for clear approval – only then do we begin production.
We Produce Your Custom-Printed Porcelain
Once you approve the visualisation the magic begins – we start the production process. We apply the design to the porcelain and fire it at a high temperature, making the decoration durable and resistant to washing and intensive hospitality use. Every batch undergoes quality control to ensure that the entire series looks consistent, attractive and professional.
We Deliver the Finished Product
We securely pack the finished porcelain and ship it to the specified address – a restaurant, hotel, café or company.
